Derek Eller Gallery is pleased to present a selection of recent works on paper by Los Angeles-based artist David Korty. These new works speak to the artist’s roots as a printmaker and draughtsman. Both figurative and constructivist, the drawings embody a collision of ideas and themes both personal and imagined. This will be David Korty’s second solo exhibition with the gallery.
David Korty (b. San Francisco, CA, 1971) lives and works in Los Angeles. He received his M.F.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his B.F.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design.
